The usual Jotform → Notion stack
As of public Jotform support answers, Notion is connected through Zapier (Form Builder → Settings → Integrations → Notion → Connect Zapier). That works — and it adds a second product, task limits, and a recurring bill once you leave Zapier’s free tier. Other connectors (Make, Unito, TinyCommand, custom webhooks) solve the same glue problem with the same trade-off: another system between the form and Notion.
Keep Jotform if you already depend on its widgets, payment forms, or PDF workflows. Switch (or run a parallel form) when Notion is the system of record and the Zap is the only reason Jotform is still in the path.

When Zapier (or another connector) still wins
- Notion is one of many destinations (email CRM, Slack, Sheets) from the same Jotform submission.
- You need heavy branching, conditional logic, or Jotform widgets that FormToNotion does not ship yet.
