Service
FormToNotion lets you create forms and sync submissions to Notion. Features depend on your plan (Free, Pro, or Business). We may change features with reasonable notice when material.
Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for content submitted through your forms and for complying with Notion’s terms and applicable law. Do not use the service for illegal content, spam, malware, or abuse of third-party APIs.
Payments
Paid plans are sold via Anyway as Merchant of Record. Pricing is shown on /pricing. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for Notion outages, misconfigured integrations, or loss of submission data beyond our reasonable control. Liability is limited to fees you paid us in the prior 3 months.
