Refund Policy

This policy applies to FormToNotion Pro ($20) and Business ($49) purchases processed through Anyway as Merchant of Record.

14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing maskid@live.cn with your order ID / receipt from Anyway. Eligible unused or substantially unused purchases are refunded to the original payment method.

Not eligible

• Requests after 14 days from purchase.
• Abuse, chargeback fraud, or clear policy violations.
• Free plan usage (no charge).

Subscriptions

When subscription billing is enabled, cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Refunds for the current period follow the same 14-day rule from the charge date unless required otherwise by local law.

How to request

Email maskid@live.cn with subject “Refund request”, your purchase email, and Anyway order ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
