FormToNotion (“we”, “us”) provides online forms that sync submissions to your Notion workspace. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account and contact email you provide (e.g. for support).
• Form configuration and submission content you send through the service.
• Technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.
• Payment status metadata when you purchase a plan (billing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Anyway).

How we use data

We use data to operate the product, sync to Notion on your behalf, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Third parties

• Notion — when you connect a Notion integration/database.
• Anyway (Cenetrium Inc.) — Merchant of Record for checkout, tax, and invoices.
• Hosting providers (e.g. Vercel) — infrastructure.

Retention & rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing maskid@live.cn. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
