Wix form to Notion without Zapier

Wix and Wix Studio capture leads well, but there is no first-party “send to Notion database” button. Teams usually bridge with Zapier, Make, Pabbly, Albato, or a Wix Automations webhook — or skip native Wix Forms when Notion is the only system of record. Here are four routes. No fake metrics or testimonials.

Wix Studio Velo can also fetch() to the same endpoint from a custom submit handler.	Wix plan that includes Automations + hosting for your endpoint (or a helper’s free/paid tier). No Zapier bill if the webhook path is enough.	You own field mapping, retries, and schema drift when the form changes. Velo code is another surface to maintain on Studio sites.

Embed a form that writes to Notion directly	Build the form in FormToNotion and paste one iframe into a Wix Embed / HTML iframe element on your contact page when Notion — not Wix Stores checkout, multi-step quizzes, or Velo-only logic — is the only intake destination you need.	Free inbox; live Notion sync is a one-time Pro $20 or Business $49.	This does not replace native Wix Forms payment flows, file uploads, or complex Velo logic. It does not import past Wix form submissions.

Setting up the embed route

In Notion, create a database with the columns you want, for example Name, Email, Message.
Sign up and build the form, naming each field exactly like its Notion property.
In Dashboard → Connect Notion, paste your Notion internal integration secret and database id, then share the database with the integration (••• → Add connections). Live sync to your own Notion is a Pro or Business feature.

In the Wix Editor (or Wix Studio), add an Embed / HTML iframe element on your contact page and paste:

Publish the site, submit once yourself, and check the new row in Notion.

Stay with native Wix Forms when…

You need Wix Stores checkout, bookings, or Velo-only multi-step flows.
A light Automations webhook or existing Make/Zapier hop covers Notion mapping.
The form must match Wix theme styles exactly with no iframe.

Use an embedded Notion form when…

Notion is the only intake destination and you do not need Wix-specific features.
You want Notion rows without a monthly Zapier / Make stack.
The same form also needs a public link or embed outside Wix.

Honest limits

FormToNotion does not read or import existing Wix form submissions.
No Wix Payments, file-upload parity, or complex Velo conditional logic.
Field labels must match Notion property names for a row to map correctly.
The free plan stores submissions in the FormToNotion inbox but does not sync to Notion.
