Brevo form to Notion without Zapier

Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is an email and SMS marketing platform first: embedded signup forms grow your contacts list inside Brevo. Creators usually keep those forms for growth, mirror contacts into Notion with webhooks or Zapier/Make, embed a Brevo form on a Notion page, or embed a separate form that already writes contact rows to Notion. No fake metrics or testimonials.

Your five options

RouteHow it worksCostCatch
Brevo embedded signup formIn Brevo: Marketing → Forms → Sign-up → Create sign-up form (Full page/embedded). At the Share step, copy the recommended Iframe code (or HTML / Simple HTML) and paste into your site. New contacts join your Brevo contacts list / chosen lists.Forms ship on Brevo Free and paid Marketing plans. No Zapier bill. Paid tiers unlock more contacts and features — verify current prices on brevo.com/pricing.This is audience growth, not a general contact, tip-line, or sponsor inbox. Submissions stay in Brevo; the embed does not create free-form rows in your Notion CRM by itself.
Paste a Brevo form into a Notion pageCopy the Brevo signup form URL from the Share step, then in Notion type /embed and paste the URL. Visitors on a public Notion page can subscribe into Brevo from inside Notion.Uses your existing Brevo + Notion accounts. No Zapier.Direction is Notion page → Brevo contacts. It does not write arbitrary contact-message properties into a Notion database. Notion Embed accepts a URL, not raw HTML snippets.
Brevo webhooks / API → DIY → Notion APIIntegrations → Webhooks → Add outbound webhook (or POST https://api.brevo.com/v3/webhooks with your api-key). Subscribe to contact / Forms / listAddition (and related) events. Your HTTPS receiver parses the JSON payload, then POSTs https://api.notion.com/v1/pages with parent.database_id. Keep secrets server-side.Developer time; Brevo API key + Notion internal integration. Serverless free tiers often cover low volume. No monthly Zapier task meter. Brevo caps outbound webhooks (currently ~40 per account).Webhooks track contact and marketing events (list addition, contact updated, form-related events, etc.), not every free-form contact-message field unless you also host a custom form. Respond quickly and whitelist Brevo IPs if you lock down the endpoint. Never put Notion or Brevo secrets in page HTML.
Zapier or Make (Brevo → Notion)Zapier lists Brevo triggers such as New or Updated Contact paired with Create Notion database item. Make/n8n can watch Brevo contacts or consume Brevo webhooks the same way.Zapier tasks or Make operations every event, on top of whatever Brevo plan you already pay.Two subscriptions whose only job is moving a contact row. Best for contacts-list CRM sync — not free-form contact messages unless you embed a separate form first. Zaps fail quietly when fields rename.
Embed a form that writes to Notion directlyBuild the form in FormToNotion and paste one iframe into a contact or “work with me” page (Carrd, Framer, Webflow, WordPress HTML block, etc.). Submissions sync to your Notion database over the official API — no Zapier hop. Honest catch: it does not create Brevo contacts.Free inbox; live Notion sync is a one-time Pro $20 or Business $49 — no monthly form SaaS or per-task bill.The form lives on vgt.cc inside an iframe, not as native Brevo markup. It will not grow your Brevo list or replace contact webhooks. Use Brevo embeds for newsletter signup; use this path for CRM inquiries.

Fastest path when Notion is the only inbox

  1. Create a FormToNotion form whose field labels match your Notion property names.
  2. Connect Notion (Internal Integration Secret + database id) on a paid plan so submissions sync live.
  3. On your contact or sponsor page (any host that allows an HTML/iframe block), paste:
<iframe
  src="https://www.vgt.cc/f/your-slug"
  title="Contact form"
  style="width:100%;min-height:640px;border:0"
  loading="lazy"></iframe>

Replace your-slug with the public slug from your dashboard. Pro is a one-time $20; Business is a one-time $49. Keep Brevo embeds for newsletter signup if you still want list growth.

Stay with Brevo-native paths when…

  • You only need newsletter / SMS signup and the Brevo contacts list is enough.
  • You want listAddition / contact events mirrored into Notion via webhooks or Zapier.
  • You already pay for Zapier/Make and the contact→Notion pipeline is stable.

Use an embedded Notion form when…

  • Notion is the CRM for tips, collabs, and ads — not the subscriber list.
  • You want Notion rows without a monthly form SaaS or per-task bill.
  • The same form also needs a public link outside Brevo.

Honest limits

  • FormToNotion does not create Brevo contacts or import past list rows.
  • Brevo embedded forms do not turn a contact form into free-form Notion messages.
  • The iframe is not styled by your Brevo form theme CSS.
  • No payments, file uploads, or deep conditional logic.
  • Field labels must match Notion property names for a row to map correctly.
  • The free plan stores submissions in the FormToNotion inbox but does not sync to Notion.
